Salary: £35,360 - 35,360 per year Requirements: We require an SIA Door Supervisor licence. We require experience as a Store Detective or at least 3 years of experience in Retail Security. We require strong communication and customer service skills. We require confidence using digital devices and paperless reporting systems. We require you to be aged 18 or over. We consider driving an advantage, as travel is required within a 20-mile radius. We want a confident communicator who is a team player and committed to providing a friendly, professional service. Responsibilities: We deter threats and help ensure the safety and security of the premises at all times. We enforce company policy and support loss prevention efforts to safeguard customers, colleagues, and visitors. We create a warm and welcoming first impression for customers. We report incidents quickly using digital reporting platforms and escalate issues to in-store management. We build and maintain effective relationships with local security teams, Business Improvement Districts, and Police. We stay vigilant and proactive to detect and prevent shoplifting incidents. We support the de-escalation of incidents using conflict management techniques. We work various shifts as required. We travel within a 20-mile radius when needed.
