The Role
As Head Chef, you’ll be the creative force
behind our exceptional dining experience at Harbour Kitchen, Bar & Terrace.
You’ll lead with passion and precision, crafting menus that celebrate fresh,
seasonal ingredients and showcase the best of Cornish produce. Your role is to
inspire and develop a talented kitchen team, maintain impeccable standards, and
deliver dishes that delight every guest.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager
and Operations team to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and profitably,
while driving innovation and consistency. This is a role for a culinary leader
who thrives on challenge, loves hospitality, and has an eye for detail.
Whether you’re an experienced Head Chef or
stepping up from a Senior Sous position, if you’ve got ambition and creativity,
we’ve got the opportunity.
