We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Dual Registered Manager to lead children’s residential homes in Barnsley, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an exciting opportunity to oversee more than one service, making a significant impact on the lives of children while shaping the growth of a respected provider.
The Role:
* Hold dual Ofsted registrations, managing more than one children’s residential home.
* Lead, inspire, and develop staff teams across both services.
* Ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards.
* Deliver child-centred, trauma-informed care with a focus on achieving Good and Outstanding inspection outcomes.
* Oversee budgets, resources, and performance monitoring across both homes.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).

* Excellent leadership and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple services.
