This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced motorsport environment, responsible for the safe transport of race cars, equipment, and infrastructure across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a close-knit team, and be ready to support the team both in the workshop and at the circuit.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport team assets including cars, pit equipment, tools, and spares to and from race events, test days, and workshopsDrive and maintain articulated race transporters and support vehicles to a high standardCarry out driving jobs for local collections, deliveries, and logistics across the UK and Europe when requiredAssist with garage and paddock setup, including awnings, pit walls, and workspacesSupport pit crew operations and general race weekend dutiesMaintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of transporters and equipmentRepresent the team professionally with suppliers, officials, and the publicRequirementsValid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licenseDriver CPC qualification and a clean driving recordPrevious experience in motorsport logistics, race team support, or similar event-based workStrong mechanical aptitude and practical skillsFlexibility to work long hours, weekends, and travel internationallyReliable, organised, and an excellent team playerDesirableExperience in professional motorsport environments (GT, touring car, single-seater, endurance, etc.)Pitstop experienceForklift certificationKnowledge of European transport regulations and border documentationBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceTravel and accommodation expenses covered while on eventsPrivate healthcare package and pension contributionAccess to an onsite gym and wellness facilitiesOpportunity to work with a professional race team at premier motorsport eventsCareer development in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
