To lead, motivate, and support Caseworkers and Senior Caseworkers in delivering a high-quality out-of-hours crisis service that operates every day of the year from 5pm to 1am.
This service provides a short-term therapeutic alternative to attending A&E for individuals experiencing mental health and emotional wellbeing challenges, ensuring the team offers compassionate emotional support, creates a safe space for those in distress, and guides them in developing plans to improve their circumstances and reduce the risk of future crises. The role also involves overseeing service delivery during evening and out-of-hours periods, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the team in achieving positive outcomes.
