About the Role We’re looking for a confident and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team supporting new homeowners throughout their warranty period. This is a 6 month temporary position with the potential to extend, offering a great opportunity to make a real impact by helping homeowners enjoy their new homes and ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You’ll be the main point of contact for new homeowners, handling phone and email queries about maintenance and warranty matters. You’ll liaise with contractors, schedule repairs, and keep customers updated every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for homeowner queries Liaise with contractors to arrange and track repair work Keep homeowners informed with clear, timely communication Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Occasionally travel to sites as needed About You We’re looking for someone organised, approachable, and confident, with a practical approach to solving problems.
