More information can be found on What you'll be doing As aContent and Engagement Lead, you will play a key role within the House of Commons, shaping how select committees communicate their work to the public and stakeholders. Working in the Select Committee Team, you will lead the development and delivery of high-impact digital content and engagement campaigns across a wide range of platforms, helping to make complex parliamentary activity accessible, engaging and relevant. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to how UK Parliament connects with diverse audiences, combining creativity, leadership and strategic influence in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee a team delivering multi-channel campaigns, providing leadership, direction and support to ensure content is innovative, timely and audience-focused. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including Committee members and officials, offering trusted advice, managing reputational risk and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement. You will also play a key role in shaping strategy as part of the Digital and Publishing Leadership Team and the wider Communications Senior Management Team, using insight and data to drive continuous improvement and strengthen the reach and impact of committee communications. This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.
