As a cover supervisor you will play a role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising and managing classroom behaviour in the absence of the teacher. It is important to be prepared for the job when cover supervising therefore we take continuous professional development seriously, so we provide a variety of training resources such as safeguarding and behaviour management. Driving is preferred however not essential.
