* Champion our growth with clients: Spearhead project proposals, generate new business opportunities, and sell work emphasising either cost transformation or insurance innovations. Masterfully manage senior client stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional communication, and drive the cultural shifts needed for a cost‑conscious mindset within client organisations.
* Build the next generation of insurance operations: Re‑define operational models with new capabilities. Re‑imagine client processes with expert redesign and analytics. Guide clients in adopting new technologies, including intelligent automation using prompts and agents, with desirable experience in agentic methods.
* Deliver Successful Client Engagements: Lead the full cycle of client engagements, focusing on cost transformation from opportunity identification to benefit realisation in Life Insurance & Retirement, General Insurance, and Commercial Insurance sectors. Engage in dynamic and complex programme management, with meticulous benefit tracking and change management to deliver targeted cost‑focused work streams.
Skills And Experience We Are Looking For
* Extensive consulting proficiency in delivering operational transformations within financial services, with a specific focus on life insurance & retirement, general insurance, and commercial insurance sectors.
* Technical expertise in enterprise‑wide analytics and departmental analyses to unveil cost transformation opportunities, utilising state‑of‑the‑art digital tools.
* Operational Model Transformation Expertise including operating model design and sourcing strategies.
* Process Excellence Specialisation: Demonstrate deep experience of process redesign, excellence, and analytics.
* Proven capability in strategic cost reduction, business case development for transformative initiatives, and successfully driving associated commercials.
* Strong communication and networking skills to nurture sustainable relationships and champion cultural change across organisations.
* Proficient in understanding and analysing financial statements.
* Articulate writing skills for effective presentation of viewpoints in reports, proposals, and articles to win work.
* Dedication to personal growth and professional development by actively seeking feedback and new learning avenues.
