We have a great opportunity for Bank Registered Nurses to join our Hospice@Home multi-disciplinary team who provide a high standard of skilled, compassionate nursing care and symptom management to patients within the community. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who would like to extend and develop their palliative and end-of-life care skills. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled staff within the Hospice@Home Service, working across a full shift rotation pattern (days, nights, weekends and bank holidays).
