The Role
Starting in January 2026, this full-time Art Teacher position offers an exciting opportunity to bring creativity into the classroom and help students explore their artistic potential. Teaching across KS3 and KS4, you’ll deliver engaging lessons that encourage imagination, skill-building, and confidence. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver vibrant, high-quality Art lessons
• Support students’ creative development and overall well-being
• Work closely with the Art department and wider staff team
• Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
• Uphold school policies and contribute to a supportive school culture
What We’re Looking For
• QTS or a relevant teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for Art
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• A creative, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
