Job Summary:
Flackwell Heath Golf Club is seeking a motivated, organised, and outgoing Membership Coordinator to manage and support all aspects of member services and recruitment. The Membership Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for current and prospective members, ensuring an exceptional experience from enquiry, and continuing throughout their membership journey to aid retention. You will report to the General Manager.

* Serve as the main contact for membership enquiries, applications, and general support.
* Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
* Maintain positive relationships with members through consistent communication and personalised service.
