Location: CM20
Salary: £15 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Sunday – 09:00–14:00)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full assistance with personal care, including washing, toileting, dressing, and feeding.
* Support safe positioning, transfers, and mobility using hoists and other specialist equipment.
* Assist with the use of a custom wheelchair and activity chair for meals and engagement.
* Encourage socialisation, participation in meaningful activities, and ongoing learning.
* Support communication needs and promote positive engagement throughout the day.
* Provide respite for the family through consistent and reliable care.
Requirements:
* At least 6 months recent care experience.
* Male carer required to meet specific client needs.
* Experience with hoist transfers and safe manual handling.
* Experience supporting individuals with complex physical disabilities preferred.
