An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 1 PQE Corporate Associate to join a highly regarded, growing corporate team in London.
This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex transactions within a collaborative and supportive environment, with early responsibility and direct client contact from day one.
The Opportunity
You will join a well-established corporate team known for its strength in private capital, high net worth clients, and cross-border work. Acting for a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and management teams, the team delivers commercially focused advice on a broad range of transactions.
This is an ideal role for a junior lawyer looking to develop strong transactional experience while building long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Advising on a range of corporate matters including:
* Private M&A
* Venture capital and private equity investments
* Joint ventures
* Corporate restructuring
* Supporting on, and taking ownership of, key transaction documents (SPAs, investment agreements, JVAs)
* Leading on due diligence, disclosure processes and transaction management
* Working closely with senior lawyers while also taking responsibility for discrete workstreams
* Collaborating with specialist teams (tax, employment, commercial) on multi-disciplinary matters
* Engaging directly with clients and external advisers

About You
* England & Wales qualified solicitor (NQ–1 PQE)
* Strong grounding in corporate law, particularly M&A and/or investments
* Experience working on transactions during training or post-qualification
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Proactive, commercially minded and keen to take ownership
* Enthusiastic about transactional work and client-facing responsibility
