* Initiative Leadership: Develop and lead installed‑base refresh programs and drive up‑selling/cross‑selling of secure networking solutions.
* Conceptualisation and Execution: Initiate new projects, translate complex ideas into actionable plans, and leverage organisational resources for impactful outcomes.
* Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across a matrix organisation with entrepreneurial vigour.

* Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Marketing teams, service providers, and customers. Success involves managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and leading through ambiguity.

* Business Development: Create strategies to boost MSP business growth via market research and partnerships.
* Service Creation: Develop MSP‑focused services tailored to customer needs.
* Market Insights: Analyse MSP market trends and emerging technologies to guide decisions.
* Enablement: Conduct training for MSPs to enhance portfolio knowledge.
* Cross‑functional Collaboration: Assist in aligning product features with MSP needs and conduct pricing analysis.
* Operations Management: Coordinate with sales and portfolio teams for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent; MBA preferred.
* Experience: 5+ years in product management and business development within Networking and Cloud. 2+ years in product management.
* Sales Success: Proven track record in driving sales for Networking and Cloud solutions.
