As a Systems Support / Absence Administrator, you will help maintain accurate sickness absence records, support the team responsible for our HR system and provide general administration duties. The Role We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical information clearly to an audience of various skill levels through both written and verbal communication. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the maintenance of accurate sickness absence and other leave records Track medical certificates, return-to-work forms and absence triggers Support the long-term sickness process by providing administrative support Provide guidance notes and recordings to managers and employees on the HR system Provide general administration support, including booking meetings, taking notes, answering queries and answering phone calls Why NFRS?
