Days role Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday. Overtime available as required. Holiday: 26 days annual leave.
Overview
We're seeking a Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to join a fast‑paced, high‑precision engineering environment. You'll be working predominantly using Haas machinery, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines
* Offline programming (training available)
* Work from detailed engineering drawings
* Check own work using manual measuring tools
* Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
* Meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced workshop
* Uphold health and safety best practices
Requirements
o Proven experience as a CNC Miller/Programmer
o Strong measuring and inspection skills
o Ability to interpret technical drawings
o Quality‑focused with excellent attention to detail
o Proactive and dependable
