Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team working across our two stunning Cumbrian Resorts, Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in Cockermouth and Thanet Well Lodge Retreat in Penrith.
Basic salary between £25-£30k depending on experience with uncapped commission and OTE £50+.
This is a 1 year fixed term position to work full time hours. The hours will be across 5 days to include weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Sales Advisor will
· Meet and greet potential customers on resort.
· Conduct tours and showcase available holiday homes(stock already sited and ready to sell).
· Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
· Handle after sales support and build strong customer relationships.
· Establish an effective working relationship with the sales team and owners.
· Arrange appointments, handle telephone calls, answer online queries.
· Identify part exchange opportunities to maximise sales potential.
Requirements:
Proven experience in holiday homes sales is essential. The successful candidate will have a professional ,proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.. A driving licence and ability to drive is essential.

Desired Criteria
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
* Previous Sales experience would be an advantage
* Previous experience within a similar environment is preferred
