We’re Hafren Dyfrdwy, one of the 11 regulated water and wastewater companies in Wales and England. We serve over 100,000 homes and businesses across Mid and North Wales, delivering for our customers now and for generations to come. Role: Welsh speaking Community Connector

This role will be responsible for working with customers, external organisations and local schools and colleges face‑to‑face to deliver our Community and Vulnerability strategies across Mid & North Wales, together with providing training, coaching and expert advice to frontline teams on how we can support those who need extra help.

Your key accountabilities include:

* Organising, managing and hosting external community events independently or in partnership with external organisations.
* Educating future customers in schools and colleges about the water cycle and how to save water.
* Supporting customer‑facing teams with any queries or when they identify customers that may need extra support.
* Identifying and implementing improvements to the customer journey for affordability support and driving efficiencies within operational teams.
* Tracking performance of support schemes and services to ensure KPIs are met.

You will be based at our Packsaddle Head Office in Wrexham but will out and about visiting our communities and stakeholders a lot of the time. You’ll work within a small dedicated team and will need to be able to work autonomously in a pressured reactive environment, presenting to a wide range of settings from education to employability.

Working hours: 37 hours a week, typically 8am‑4pm Monday to Friday. Some occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
