What You’ll Be Doing

* Provide expert advice and challenge to managers on complex people matters
* Manage and analyse ER cases, identifying trends and insights
* Deliver engaging training on employee relations and employment law
* Partner with legal advisors on complex employee relations issues
* Stay ahead of employment law updates and HR trends
* Drive performance through LEADS processes, including succession planning and talent development
* Lead and support organisational change initiatives (e.g. restructures, TUPE, relocations)
* Build capability by identifying skills gaps and delivering development solutions
* Use data and insights to influence decision‑making and improve performance
* Champion digital HR tools and drive adoption across the business
* Coach and develop managers to build confidence and consistency in people management
* Build strong, trusted relationships across the business and wider DHL network


What We’re Looking For

* Proven HR experience (or leadership role with significant people responsibility)
* HR Business Partner experience within a large organisation (desirable)
* CIPD Level 5 (essential) | CIPD Level 7 or Master’s (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
* Excellent influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
* Resilience and confidence managing complex, sensitive situations
* Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
* Continuous improvement mindset
* TUPE knowledge (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
