Offer description

* Annual salary of £13,104 (£22,932 FTE)
* Permanent role
* Part-time (20 hours per week, Week days to be agreed but will be required to work on Saturday 9am-4pm)
* Liverpool city centre office base

The role

As a Viewing Assistant, you will represent Redwing in a professional manner and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers. You will provide detailed and accurate information about the properties and answer any questions. You will liaise with the office team to coordinate viewings and provide feedback.

You will work towards Team and Individual targets to contribute to the overall branch performance and assist the Lettings and Sales manager with marketing and sale/let of available properties in line with KPI’s and income targets. You will provide administrative support for the sales and lettings team when necessary.

* The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
* Experience in a sales environment is advantageous.
* A full UK driving license with business insurance is essential.
