Description:
Our Client Support Services department has an opportunity for a Senior Fiduciary Technician to work in the Facultative Team. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with 2 days remote and 3 days in the Witham office.
As a Fiduciary Technician, you will be responsible for securing agreement and settlement of balances with clients or markets, handling and allocating payments and receipts for your clients, which includes unique lines of business, programme structures, and reinsurance reporting requirements.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing your workload, defining cases, and addressing issues
* Working autonomously on routine tasks with guidance from senior colleagues
* Partnering with Operations to support process improvements
* Processing premiums, loss transactions, and associated cash follow-up
* Collaborating with Client Service Support and colleagues to ensure coordinated client service
* Supporting investigative work and developing methodologies for senior management
* Supporting wider activities like quarterly reviews of financial exposures and achieving key performance targets
* Transactional processing, follow-up, securing recoveries, and system entry of client activities
Qualifications required:
* Knowledge of Accounts & Settlement processes
* Understanding of currency transactions, Re/insurance concepts, laws, and regulations (FCA)
* Experience in client account management and relationship building
* Strong data management and analytical skills
* Client-focused problem-solving abilities
Preferred experience:
* Insurance or Reinsurance accounting and settlement experience
* Knowledge of Bureau markets
* Experience working with currencies
* Mentoring or training colleagues
