What you’ll do on a typical day:
Oversee the running of the recycling operation
* Ensure that the site is utilising resource effectively, monitoring headcount, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
* Promote and develop a health and safety culture on site in line with the company’s policies
* Get involved with performance management, KPI monitoring and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What you need to succeed at GXO:
A warehouse operational management background
* An excellent understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
* Experience of leading teams, providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and
creating development plans
* he ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal capacity
