Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
Duties
* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary needs are accommodated.
* Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
* Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
* Participate in banquet service as required, providing excellent catering support for events.
* Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
Experience
* Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
* Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
* Familiarity with dietary aide experience or barista skills is a plus.
