A Head of Business for the Grange Barnet dealership, responsible for increasing sales and revenue, leading a team of associates, managing department performance, and exceeding financial targets and guest satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, lead, manage and develop all associates, focusing on skill level and training.
* Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude to promote morale and guest satisfaction.
* Promote the company’s values and pillars actively.
* Prepare annual budgets with the Financial Controller and obtain approval from Group Senior Management.
* Communicate regularly with department managers to review progress against budget, opportunities, advertising, guest complaints, CSI performance and policy issues.
* Review monthly management accounts, balance sheets and expenses to monitor, control and reduce costs.
* Manage working capital, including debtor position and stock levels.
* Provide daily departmental information and weekly reports to Group Senior Management.
* Maintain relationships with manufacturers’ representatives, negotiate and manage manufacturer targets.
* Ensure premises are maintained to professional standards and meet company and manufacturer standards.
* Champion Group policy, process, Health & Safety, trading standards, environmental and employment legislation.
* Lead HR responsibilities: recruitment, induction, training, disciplinary matters in line with HR policy.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a volume automotive Head of Business role.
* Strong computer skills and ability to deliver on processes and compliance requirements.
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
