Expert are working in partnership with their Dungiven based Client to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their expanding team at their Head Office in Dungiven. Ideally, applicants will be familiar with: Sales & purchase ledgers Spreadsheets Bank reconciliation Payroll and VAT Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day inputting of invoices & upkeep of car stock records Preparation and submission of VAT returns Weekly payroll using Moneysoft Payroll Manager or similar Completion of financial and HMRC returns as required Weekly creditor reports Additional admin/finance duties as needed Desirable Skills: - Proficient in QuickBooks - Strong Excel skills - Familiarity with Moneysoft Payroll Manager - Ability to work independently as the sole finance administrator Motor trade knowledge is desirable but not essential.
