The setting provides a supportive and nurturing environment for students who require additional emotional and behavioural support, with a strong focus on engagement, resilience and helping young people achieve both academically and personally. The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant on a full-time long-term basis. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be supporting students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and barriers to learning, while helping to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.
