The Role Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a proactive and driven Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in building employer relationships, identifying apprenticeship opportunities, and supporting our strategic growth in apprenticeships across the region.
Responsibilities
* Proactively engaging with local and regional employers to promote B&FC’s apprenticeship recruitment services.
* Generating new apprenticeship vacancies and achieving monthly targets through effective employer outreach.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Promoting the full range of B&FC’s support services, including vacancy advertising, candidate matching, and workforce development.
* Collaborating with internal teams to align employer needs with apprenticeship opportunities and share valuable market insights.
* Maintaining accurate and timely records of employer engagement and progress using Dynamics 365 CRM.
