The Service & Team
Working within the Child & Family Service in Caradon Early Help Team hours are full‑time 37 hours a week Monday to Friday with some expected flexibility around working outside of standard hours to meet the needs of the children / family. There is an expectation that you will support or deliver parenting programmes or programmes for young people which may take place in an evening and will be planned well‑ahead.

We offer a good training package and excellent career progression.
This is a public/customer‑facing role where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
This position will be subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
