Our client are specialists In their industry sector, they are now looking to recruit a Production Planner on a permanent basis.
The Job youll do
1. Use system data to coordinate workflow through all business areas.
2. Identify and communicate with customer services if scheduled ship dates are unachievable and recommend a solution.
3. Ensure the production plan is prioritised to ensure minimum delay with maximum efficiency.
4. Coordinate with external supply teams within the business to ensure goods are shipped to stay within stock levels and meet customer order due dates.
5. Collaborate with quality control to prioritise incoming goods inspection.
6. Ensure you work within stock level guidelines from a service and financial perspective.
7. Maintain system accuracy at all times.
8. Utilise all applicable KPI's to identify underperforming areas.
9. Work with the Team Leader to recommend short term and permanent solutions.
