Flexo Printer Location: Mansfield Company: A leading packaging and labels company. Role: A flexographic Printer job requires you to manage flexographic printing machines such as an 10 colour narrow web servo-driven flexographic press press. You usually prepare the press for printing and troubleshoot any issues during printing. Monitor printing processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, adjusting as necessary. Maintain inks and solvents according to types of material being printed and work order specifications. * Running multi-colour UV flexo and/or digital presses * Producing high quality labels with a variety of finishes * Ensuring that the area, equipment, and machinery are kept clean and tidy * Troubleshooting issues with the printing press or print quality * Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental Policies relating to your work area are always adhered to by you * Carry out basic maintenance in accordance with standard procedures Requirements: * Hold sufficient, recent flexographic and/or digital printing experience * Have experience operating a UV flexo printer - ideally Mark Andy, MPS, Nilpeter, Gallus etc. * Be aware of flexo and/or digital print process * Previously or currently printed labels / packaging * Hot foil and screen print experience desired Apply Please email your full CV details to us.
