An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Medical Secretary within our Specialist Medicine Clinical Administration Unit at Maidstone Hospital. You will have exceptional secretarial skills, and knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You should demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, be a team player, be self‑motivated, able to prioritise a busy workload, work to deadlines and have a flexible approach to your duties. If you would like to work in a supportive, friendly working environment, this could be the role for you! You should be self‑motivated with the ability to work in a busy and pressured environment. Knowledge and experience within the health sector would be beneficial but not essential.

Fordcombe Hospital, near Tunbridge Wells, became part of the Trust in October 2024. Specialising in planned care, it offers two operating theatres, 28 inpatient and day‑care beds, diagnostic services (X‑ray, MRI, CT, and endoscopy), and consultation/treatment rooms.
