The role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the UK and globally, proactively anticipating talent needs and translating business priorities into effective recruitment solutions. You will balance hands-on delivery with strategic input, ensuring recruitment processes are both efficient and inclusive.
