Operations Service Analyst / £400 p/d Inside IR35 / Hybrid / London / 8 Month Contract
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Service Analyst to join a dynamic digital media organisation, supporting the stability and day-to-day operations of critical business applications within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on ensuring smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations across sales and service platforms, including managing integrations, supporting production systems, and driving operational excellence. You will play a key role in coordinating support teams, resolving incidents, and maintaining system performance across a complex technology landscape.
Operational Support & Stability
* Oversee BAU activities across business-critical applications and integrations
* Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities in line with SLAs
* Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
* Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support smaller applications end-to-end, including maintenance and troubleshooting
Coordination & Governance
* Act as a central point of contact between business, technical teams, and vendors
* Support release planning, change reviews, and deployment activities
* Maintain operational documentation including SOPs and runbooks
* Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and compliance activities
Technical Environment
* Custom-built applications using .NET technologies
* Cloud-hosted environments (AWS)
* Integration services and APIs
* ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
