Agile Hybrid Homeworking (office base Norwich)

Starting Salary at 31305 per annum with future progression opportunities to 33302

About the role
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of service charges We are looking for a new Service Charge Officer to join our this key role you will :
* Collate and maintain service charge data in line with the annual rent and service charge notification process
* Reconcile and prepare yearly actual costs for all homes
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure that service charges and changes are communicated fairly to our residents.
* Work closely with Managing Agents to ensure transparency of costs relating to service charges.

About You
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and with their own initiative. Experience of working in a service charge function including charging for services and analysing costs and spend is essential.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and excellent verbal and written skills. A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required.
