What were looking for A genuine passion for supporting others Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive, meaningful relationships Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays A positive, empathetic, and person-centred approach Contract option Full-time: 37.5 hours per week Part-time: Variable hours per week Shift patterns Our services provide 24-hour care, and rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance, giving you the flexibility to plan your personal and social life. Day shifts: Between 07:00 22:00 Sleep-ins: 22:00 07:00 Sleep-in payment: Enhanced flat-rate payment of £64.20 per sleep-in *All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
