Do you take pride in keeping places looking their best and running smoothly? We're looking for a Neighbourhood Caretaker to help us maintain clean, safe, and welcoming neighbourhoods across Birmingham.
What you'll be doing:
Overseeing and supporting a small team of caretakers 👷♂️👷♀️
Building positive relationships with tenants and local residents 🏘️
Making sure health & safety standards are always met ✅
Rolling up your sleeves when needed - every day's different!
What we're looking for:
Someone organised, reliable, and people-focused
Experience supervising staff or contractors desirable
A good understanding of health & safety procedures
A can-do attitude and sense of community spirit 💪
