We need proven experience leading high-performing teams, projects, and change across institutions. We require experience in strategic development, resilience, and security of technical support services. We are seeking candidates with the ability to deliver reliable, efficient, and responsive IT support for staff and students. We expect an understanding of safeguarding and the PREVENT agenda in the context of further and higher education. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to lead the strategic development of our IT support services. We expect you to strengthen the resilience and security of our technical support services. You will align IT support delivery with our institutional priorities and digital transformation programmes. You will help us maintain service excellence standards across the support function. You will lead teams, projects, and change initiatives across the institution.
