We seek applicants with proven proactive business-development, outbound business-development or customer-support experience in modular buildings, off-site construction, containers/temporary accommodation, steel framing systems, concrete systems, timber framing systems, bathroom pods, traditional main contracting or healthcare/education sales. Experience in the education, commercial, living sciences, pharmaceutical or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Make appointments for the sales team and explore new enquiries from prospective clients.
* Handle new enquiries, control volume of calls and secure quality appointments.
* Map out prior successes and achievements during interviews.
Qualifications
* Proactive business-development, outbound business-development or customer-support experience (modular or traditional).
* Strong commercial acumen, self-starting mindset, active listening, concise communication, relationship building, and team play.
* Confidence to map prior successes and achievements and demonstrate results.
