MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Laboratory Supervisor (FTC 18 months) to oversee daily laboratory activities and ensure the delivery of a reliable, accurate and efficient quality control service. This role is ideal for someone with the skills, experience and ambition to contribute to a dynamic, high-volume and fast-paced organisation You will: Plan, prioritise and delegate laboratory workloads, ensuring alignment with business, customer, legal and cost considerations. Monitor departmental metrics, analyse performance trends, and implement corrective actions as required. Collaborate with the Technical Manager to develop a high-performance laboratory team. Ensure technicians follow standard procedures correctly and carry out regular reviews to maintain relevance and accuracy.
