What You Need to Have
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical background – qualified through apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
* Proven hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of complex process equipment
* A proactive approach to time management, problem-solving, and customer communication
* Comfortable working away from home (up to ~100 nights per year, worldwide)
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

Nice to Haves
* Experience in the water treatment, desalination, or process filtration sector
* Familiarity with RO (reverse osmosis) systems or marine/naval environments
* Strong customer presence and an interest in training, documentation, or continuous improvement
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting service, repairs and fault-finding on bespoke water treatment systems across the UK and overseas
* Carrying out site surveys, equipment upgrades, commissioning, and client training
* Supporting compliance, health & safety and documentation (O&M manuals, reports)
* Collaborating with internal teams on testing, wiring, and workshop duties
* Being a reliable, front-facing technical representative of the company
* Ensuring tools, equipment, and travel logistics are ready and managed effectively
