PART TIME CREDIT CONTROLLER (MEDIA & INTERNATIONAL)
We are seeking a Part-Time Credit Controller to join our Media Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in the management of our debtors, ensuring timely payment from customers and maintaining efficient credit control processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and numerical skills who can work independently while being part of a supportive team.
This part-time role offers flexible working hours, ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively chase outstanding debt to ensure timely collection of payments.
* Respond to and resolve customer queries related to outstanding invoices and payments.
* Assist with answering audit queries, as needed.
* Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in credit control.
* Support the Media Credit Controller and other members of the Media Finance team when required.
* Build and Maintain relationships with customers.
* Assist with cash allocations where needed.
* Maintain/Document communications with customers
About You
* 1-2 years’ experience in a similar credit control or accounts receivable role.
* Working knowledge of accounting software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Exchequer) is advantageous.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
