About The Job

We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the delivery of employee relations and organisational design across a diverse customer base. Reporting to an HR Business Partner, you’ll coach managers, embed smarter working, and help create high-performing, supportive cultures in line with the University’s overall People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

2. Support and guide line managers on employee relations and performance management issues that arise.
3. Advise on organisational design and workload management.
4. Analyse people data and deliver actionable insights.
5. Support cultural change and deliver HR training and interventions when required.

About You

6. Demonstrable experience in employee relations, complex casework, organisational design, and cultural change.
7. Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure to multiple tight deadlines whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Essential

9. CIPD Level 5, or other related HR qualification, or relevant experience: particularly in strategically guiding leaders in people leadership and organisational design principles
10. A degree or equivalent experience
11. Evidence and commitment to continuing professional development
