Job Title: Student Services & Operations Executive

About the Role:
As part of a dedicated team in a growing environment, you will play a key role in supporting international students and residents as they navigate life in the UK. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll work closely with your colleagues and the office Director, sharing responsibilities across client support, operations, outreach, and small managerial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Student & Client Support:
* Advise international students and residents on settlement options, university placements, accommodation, and travel requirements.
* Guide clients through documentation, applications, and coordinate with our legal and education partners.
* University Engagement & Events:
* Represent Paragon Global Services/Paragon Overseas Education at universities throughout the U.K, student fairs, and events, building relationships with students and university staff.
* Help plan and deliver outreach activities to raise awareness of our services to International students and residents.
* Office Operations & Teamwork:
* Support day-to-day office functions, maintain client records, and assist the office Director with basic reporting and workflow management.
* Share in the responsibility of ensuring smooth operations and adapting to changing priorities.
* Marketing & Communication:
* Respond to client enquiries by email, phone, and in person.
* Contribute to social media updates and help develop engaging content for the international student community.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in student support, client services, administration, or a related field is sought for but not mandatory.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with students and stakeholders both in person and online.
* Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges in a growing start-up.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Willingness to travel to local universities and events as required.
* Multilingual ability is essential. Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and Hindi are a must. Other languages are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
