Are you a passionate HR professional who thrives on making a tangible impact? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and deliver people-focused initiatives, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and support our organisation’s ongoing growth and success.
In this hands‑on role, you will be the trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, providing expert guidance on employment policies, performance management, employee relations, and organisational development. While the Head of HR shapes the overall people strategy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering initiatives and developing innovative Learning & Development programmes, particularly during your first year in the role.
Key to your success will be your ability to inspire engagement, develop talent, and champion a thriving, resilient workforce. If you are proactive, solutions‑focused, and have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law, we want to hear from you.
Join us on our mission to build a motivated and high‑performing team where people are at the heart of everything we do.
