Hours: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm or 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8 am – 12 pm.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as first‑line support to the Branch Manager and lead the team to deliver success.
* Develop a strong knowledge of product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, to provide proactive advice and solutions.
* Understand the local market and support sales‑growth plans.
* Use in‑house systems to process orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
* Maintain stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
* Prioritise Health & Safety and demonstrate how to keep yourself and others safe at work.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven background in sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
* Adept at building, developing, and maintaining relationships.
* Industry experience or knowledge of building materials is advantageous.
