Job Description - Endoscopy Technical
Duration: 6 months
Location:
North London (Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds)
South London (Cambridge)
Hybrid (50% onsite)
Qualified Clinical Application Specialist Consultants (NHD- Non-Health Degree Professional) willbe responsible for providing technical and end-user support for an Endoscopy medical devicesystem. Technical support includes delivering operator training at customer facilities, providingon-site instrument implementation assistance, technical liaison, and support sales team efforts.
Responsibilities :
Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware,software, and network products.
Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
Facilitate onsite customer training of new equipment.
Effectively manages instrument implementations projects; assisting customers toperform instrument verification studies. Analyze verification study data and preparestatistical reports. Present verification data to the customer.
Complete required documentation according to policies and procedures.
Work with internal resources and the customer to resolve technical issues. This includesescalating complaints received from the customer to Technical Support, providing allrequired data and activities following escalation and complaint handling procedures.
Ensure new instrument implementations are completed to meet timeline, budget, andcustomer satisfaction goals.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate effective working relationships with external and internal customers.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience utilizing IT systems and processes Understanding ofhospital IT practices and procedures strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Software & Cloud infrastructure Ability to work independently or in groupsin person or remote.
Ability to travel regionally or nationally as needed (approximately 50% travel)
50% travel, 50% remote. Will vary week by week.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite, Service Based Software, CRM,and EP Evaluator
An active drivers license and a personal vehicle for commuting to assignments withinthree hours of home are required.
