We are currently recruiting for an experienced EHS Advisor to join their team on site in Bury, this position is about driving towards excellence and directly contributing to the development and delivery of the group’s HSE and ESG Framework. The HSE Advisor creates and leads initiatives that foster a proactive safety culture, enhance sustainability performance, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements across all sites. In addition, the role holder will be expected to work closely with the Directors to provide strategic insights and performance updates that contribute to group-wide decision-making. At its core, this role is about leading by example and developing a culture of care supporting, coaching, and mentoring others to embed best practices and make safety and sustainability a shared responsibility across the organisation.
