Job Overview

**Partner Marketing Manager, Hybrid, Salary £40-£50k pa DOE**

As a Partner Marketing Manager at Sherpa, you'll work within our fast-paced, world-class Project Delivery/ Client Services Team to create and deliver sophisticated omnichannel marketing campaigns that meet and exceed our client's objectives.

The role supports our Operations/ Client Services Department, and its main responsibility is to ensure that all assigned projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, with assistance from Operational Support Teams where required.

Reporting directly to the EVP Strategy & Ops Director, you'll be relied upon to coordinate and successfully manage several client projects simultaneously - of which could take the form of B2B marketing campaigns and/or programmes within the Channel. You will determine the overall marketing strategy for each individual project you own, oversee project workflows, ensure that creative teams are briefed adequately, quality check project deliverables, and confidently provide regular stakeholder updates and reports on project performance (whatever the result).

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support the leadership team in implementing project management best practices whilst developing your own project management skills at a senior level.

Responsibilities:

* Establish regular communication with clients in which Sherpa provides key project status updates and ensures high-quality communication between Sherpa and clients.
* Ensure that industry knowledge and up-to-date marketing skills are consistently being maintained and developed and applied to project strategies effectively.
* Understand and interpret client briefs to formulate sophisticated campaign strategies and project plans, and project requirements.
* Maintain and update project schedules and assignments on our Project Management System (Workamajig)
* Manage the project lifecycle to ensure timescales, budgets, and targets remain on track.
* Monitor and build performance engagement reports for key project stakeholders.
* Establish good working relations with clients, including Senior stakeholders.
* Monitor the quality of project deliverables.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Client Success Team, Operational Support, Creative Teams, and Senior Leadership
* Manage project risks, identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, and ensure that projects are delivered with excellence.
* Demonstrate the ability to build and develop client relationships, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the client's proposition and add value where necessary to nurture and close account growth opportunities promptly.
* Creation and maintenance of project GANTT charts and project timelines.

The ideal candidate:

We're looking for someone who can take the initiative and manage products independently (after an extensive onboarding programme, of course) and isn't afraid to take control and make decisions. You may not know "the Channel", but that's ok. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, isn't afraid to ask questions and is willing to expand their knowledge independently about our space in the world.

Skills:

* At least 3+ years of professional marketing experience, including 2+ years as a Channel or Partner Marketing Manager or a Marketing Project Manager.
* Extensive experience building and developing client relationships, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the client's proposition, and adding value where necessary to nurture and close account growth opportunities promptly.
* Strong digital marketing skills with proven experience running successful marketing campaigns.
* ABM campaigns experience.
* Strong ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information.
* To be comfortable in client situations – working with stakeholders to talk about your ideas and then capturing them.
* Ability to work to deadlines (and under pressure) – sometimes at short notice.
* Have excellent attention to detail, a passion for continual development and always strive to produce work to the highest standard.
* A positive 'can do' attitude towards teamwork and office culture.
* The ability to respond constructively to feedback.
* A desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, fast-growing, ambitious specialist agency.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, a passion for continual development and always striving to produce work to the highest standard.

* Experience in building B2B prospect data lists – leveraging prospect databases such as, Bombora, Apollo, ZoomInfo, SalesNav.
* Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems.
* Takes a proactive approach to all tasks assigned with the ability to leverage tech where appropriate to ensure efficiency without compromising quality.
* Ability to manage cross-functional tasks and deliver results on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Takes pride in work submitted with the ability to ensure its formatted to a presentable and professional standard.
* Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as necessary.
* Able to analyse campaign performance report data, understand the story it tells and optimise marketing tactics accordingly.
