Salary Range: £33k to £35k

About the role:
You will be working with the Landscape Division, where you will assist project construction managers in operations, surveyors, and Quantity Surveyors.
* Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
* Input document data into standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
* Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, sub-contractors, and suppliers as applicable.
* Issue and receive controlled documentation, log issues and receivers, and create general electronic transmittals to the project, customer, and suppliers. Maintain accurate registers and actions lists.
* Act as focal point for all team document management matters.
* Assist with the coordination of document management across the whole project including policies, protocols, and practice.
* Chase Site teams for Friday packs and site paperwork, upload into project contract folders.
* Attend Project Prestart meetings, to meet client document team. (large projects)
* Collation of O+M information and liaise with Client O+M administrators.
